Utah Trip!!

Last weekend we went to Salt Lake City for just a fun get away from the big city of Rexburg! Me and my three other roommates left last Friday to go to SLC and on the way we stopped in Logan to watch Brooke's cousins UVU baseball game. It was super fun! Then that next day we went to Temple Square and watched the Joseph Smith movie which was really good! Than we went to In N Out Burger which was really good! The rest of the day we went around visiting old friends which was really good but later on that night I didn't feel so well so we decided to leave SLC and head back to the Rexburg but besides that it was a really fun weekend! Birthday Extravaganza!!!

We had an epic birthday party for my 19th birthday!! It was super fun and i loved the whole day!! First we slept in until 11:00 and then we went and laied out in Porter Park for a couple of hours and completely got burnt! It was bad but totally worth it! Than that night we took Joe's creeper van down to IF to go to Red Robin for dinner! It was super good food especially since my burger was free! Unfortunately when we were there our waiter was told that is was my birthday and they made me wear balloon ears(pictured below) and they sang to me and gave my a sundae! It was embarrassing but really fun at the same time! It was a really good night! Than we went to my parents house for some delicious ice cream cake that my mom made me! I got sang to again which was not bad since most of us couldn't carry a tune! Than I opened some presents and got Gossip Girl season 3 which i was super pumped about, than we headed back to Rexburg and it was a super fun night and a great birthday! This one is my most favorite one of the night! I love Joe's creeper face! He looks like he just decided to pop out of no where and get in the picture! I love that kid he is hilarious!!

I'm so glad that everyone made my night so much fun and I had probably one of my best birthdays so far! I loved every moment of it! Especially the food was really good!

An adventure to Yellowstone!!

This last Sunday we took a random trip to yellowstone!! One of our friends Matt still had a ticket so we were able to get in to the park for free! So once church got out we headed in an awesome van(pictured below) and went off! There was about 9 of us who went and it was a pretty eventful trip! We drove around a lot and it was a nice day when we walked about but then it got super rainy and so we headed back to Rexburg! It was a fun eventful day and here are a few pictures of me and my roomies in front of random parts of the park!

Fun at the duck races!!!

Me and my roommate Brooke went down to Idaho Falls to go with my parents and nephews to the Snake River for the Duck Races!! It was super fun! My parents bought us delicious burgers at Arctic Circle and then we went down to the river and walked around and waited for them to drop the ducks! It was a fun eventful day and here are some pictures we took there!

New Apartment.....

New room and new roommates!! Last week I moved into a new apartment and got new roommates for the 7 week break!! They are pretty awesome and it should be a fun break!

This break has been super nice and i love not having to go to school!! Except that I have a job but i need the money so i'm okay with it for now!! Well as more exciting things happen I'll keep you up to date!!

Finals Week.....

Unfortunately the horrible Finals Week has come upon me. I have 5 tests to take in the next 4 days of school. This is the time of the semester that I hate and love at the same time! It's the time when I finally finish my classes and get ready for an awesome 7 week break till Fall Semester starts in September! It is also a sad part of the semester because (this may sound very depressing) new people you've met and become close friends with leave and sometimes you never see them again! It really does sound depressing but I have loved this semester and going on many adventures with the roomies and boys! :) It feels like I just wrote my post about finally getting up here to start the new semester and now it's almost over. I have been looking back at all the fun times I've had and I can't wait for new and more exciting adventures I will go on through out the rest of college! Sorry there is no pictures, I really need to start bringing my camera to document all the exciting adventures I go on in my life! Can't wait until Friday than I will officially be a Sophomore in college and I can't believe I will not ever be a freshmen in school again! It is pretty exciting!

Epic week..

in the big town of Rexburg!! This week has been way crazy. There has been so much stuff that I have done this week it is crazy! It feels good just to relax at home and do nothing today. We did some pretty fun stuff this week but sadly I don't have any pictures to document it! On wedneday me and my roomie Kristen went to a bon fire out in the sand dunes and met some really awesome (and hott) guys there! We roasted starburst(which sound gross but they are pretty good!!) and made s'mores which is always fun! :) Then on Thursday we went to a relief society activity and did another bon fire and on Friday we had a ward party if Idaho Falls and had an actually roasted pig which looked gross but tasted amazing!!!! Then we hung out with a couple of our FHE brothers and watched a really weird movie and drove around in one of their creeper van! It was a pretty eventful night! Then the BEST part of my week was going boating with my roomies and a couple of my FHE brothers! I actually tried wake boarding even though i wasn't very good! I still almost managed to get up on the board a couple of times! Then we ate lunch and then we went tubing which was insane! One of the guys Derek was driving the boat and made us get big air and i screamed and held on for dear life the whole time!!! but it was still pretty fun! Sadly I forgot my camera at home so we couldn't document us actually wake boarding because that would have been sweet! It's been a good week and now I can't wait to see what is in store for this week! We already have our Friday night planed out and we are going to an event called Comic Frenzy to see my friend Noah be a comedian! It will be pretty exciting but soon school will be over and finals will soon be here which i am sad to see all my good friends leave but i'm staying up here for the 7 week break and i can't wait to just work and party and have no homework to worry about!! Well hopefully my next post will have some pictures! I need to start remembering to bring my camera so i can document all my fun adventures here in college!!!
