Once again...

I have completely lost track of time. I can't believe it is already October! I swear my life needs to calm down a little bit so I can actually breath and not feel like I am consistently out of breath keeping up with everything. Nothing too exciting or eventful has happened since school has started except I dyed my hair!


I absolutely LOVE it. It's such a good change and I feel so much more like myself with this darker hair and I just can't get over it!
Another exciting thing that is coming up is Jack's Mannequin Concert in SLC with my long time BFF Megan Cousin. I am so excited to go down to Provo and hang out with her and than go to the concert! We went together to the same concert when they came to Idaho Falls and I'm so excited to be able to go again in just a few weeks!

Time Fly's

Well I didn't realize that the last time I posted was in June and now it's September and a new semester of school is almost here. The last few months and gone by like crazy. I can't believe I'm a Junior in college already. As I look back to the last two years I wonder what I have a accomplished in my life. How have a changed compared to two years ago when I came up here for my first semester in college and living alone for the first time ever in my life. As I look back at old photos and wonder how much of a different person I am compared to when I first came up here. It's an amazing transformation what college can do for a person. I know this is more of a sentimental blog post but I figured now it the time for one of these. I have met many true friends and some that came in and out in the blink of an eye.

Weekend of Adventures...

Oh this weekend. It has been the best weekend so far this semester and I doubt any other weekend to top it off.
Adventure #1 First off on Friday night me, Brooke, and Rebecca(my other roommate) created an amazing Fort of Wonders. The most fun we had was actually making the fort and keeping it from collapsing in. It turned out amazing and we watched a scary movie that night just to top It off!

Adventure #2 On Saturday night we were getting ready to go to the classic Cave Rave out at the Civil Defense Caves. We had already been to it once before so we thought it would be just as exciting. So we were all starting to get ready and we already had all the materials we needed to make this night AWESOME! We got some sweet hats that got graffiti by one of Brooke's friends and it looked amazingg!! Who we ended up riding with to the dance in his jeep and that's where the adventure started. We got out to the caves and gave some random people rides to the caves because they are difficult to get out too. He drove like crazy and we were basically offroading the whole way. Then we came back to pick up some more people and his jeep just randomly gave out and we were stuck. We had no idea what to do and so we just hung out in the back of his jeep for a while just talking then this nice guy came and figured out how to get his car moving again and towed us straight back to Rexburg! We weren't even sad we couldn't go to the dance but we were sad for his car though. His transmission gave out which was the only bad part of the night. But besides that it was definitely a way fun and definitely entertaining ;)

It was definitely a great weekend and worth all the craziness! Hopefully more of those weekends happen here in the big Rexburg to continue my College Life full of adventures

Weekends in the burg..

Usually on weekends we just chill and watch a movie on Friday night and basically be antisocial against the world but this past weekend (and hopefully future weekends) we went out both Friday and Saturday night which is amazing for us. We went to a dance party Friday night and than Saturday we went to the Allred concert at Sammy's which was way sweet. It was a super fun weekend and hopefully more weekends to come will be just as awesome! Here's some pictures from those nights.

School starts again

After my beautiful break off from school I'm back again to the stresses of homework and tests. It's only the second week and I'm already done with it. School stresses me out more than I like. I miss just being able to sit and do nothing all day. It was a beautiful time. Now i get to go to work and school everyday and run around consistently. So much fun.


This is the only exciting part of the semester we're all back together again :) after being separated for 4 long months!
Oh and we can't forget new boys ;)

Oh the joys of.....

Boredom.

There has really been nothing going on in my life the past couple of weeks. We've hung out with random people but besides that me and my roommates chill at home, play Phase Ten (funniest game in the World) and watch TV series. We are currently on the 8th season of Smallville and we are completely addicted too it and refer it to everything on a daily basis. Sadly that is basically what our life consists of and we randomly will get out and socialize with others just because it's no always fun being in the apartment at night.

Vacation....

For the past week I was in the beautifully warm Fresno California visiting my BFF/roommate Kristen. It was a well worth vacation from my crazy and annoying life in Rexburg. We had so much fun doing random fun things. Each day we went on a walk and just talk about everything and everyone. It was so nice talking and being with Kristen after not seeing her for a few months. She has become one of my best friends and I'm grateful to have her in my life. I even can't wait til she comes back to Rexburg in 6 weeks! It will be amazing to have her back here in Rexburg. The moment she picked me up from the airport and as we drove to her house it had already felt like she had never left and this was just something normal that happened. I'm sad we didn't take any pictures except this one with her friend Brina and Evan. We spent some nights at Brina's house and she's pretty cool. I liked her a lot. It was an amazing week and I was sad to leave but it feels good to be home in my own room and I can't wait till she comes back!
